Why is the check engine lite on? Doesn't look like it is even making it to O/D..... seems it can't make up it's mind between second, and third?

trans was suppose to have been rebuilt when it was in limp mode it had a gov pressure code but it was stored code. But hasn’t thrown a trans code since. I haven’t touched the trans besides checking fluids and yes I’ve changed TPS

I'd suggest getting up under the truck and checking to make sure your TV cable linkage is properly connected to the transmission, since it was recently rebuilt. I found after a trans repair that my TV cable linkage had popped off the valve body shaft (bolt wasn't tightened properly), so it looked like all was well at the engine, but the TV cable wasn't doing anything at the transmission. There is also a spring that keeps tension on the TV cable that's installed at the transmission, too.
