Default Ram 2500 Cummins Transmission wasn’t supported nv4500

So I took the rear cover off of the transmission and of course I had to jack it up for that, but since I wasn’t able to fix it the day I had it apart I had to leave the jack supporting it for a day and a bit, and the jack ended up dropping at some point, just wondering if I screwed up the motor mounts or if it should be fine

I would be more concerned about the distributor and cap.

Don't have to worry about the distributor then. No idea where the injection pump is on those, or what else might be on the back of the motor. As that is likely what was supporting the rest of it. It would hit the firewall, and stop..... Take a look around with a mirror. If you don't find anything damaged, I suspect you will be fine.
