I don't know how to use this thread stuff such as starting new thread, etc.
I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 with 5.9.
​​​​she has crank no start, no bus, codes are 920, 921, 999.
just replaced fuel pump, no fuel is pumping, no spark even on brand new ignition pack and coil, spark plugs have been done, etc. And she has refurbished pcm.

Please advise

As mentioned, please start a new thread along with the information requested. You can start a "new thread" by clicking on the "new thread" button on the main screen of the 2nd gen forum (see attached example). Once the new thread screen is displayed, enter the subject/issue you're having in the "title" and add the complete description of the issue you're experiencing in the "message" area. Once you're done, scroll down and click on "submit new thread".
