Ac system giving trouble

Yes sir that's completely understandable, whether they're all manufactured at the same plant or if they're not maybe each plant has different installation techniques I don't know. The aluminum line I bought from O'Reilly's Auto parts does not contain or come with an orifice tube. Although I bought one I will put it in the condenser because it is the only place there is a line long enough and straight enough to install it without cutting a tube or line. They suction block on the compressor I broke that Port off so I ordered that complete hose/block get along with a complete seal set. EVERY PART IN PIECE will now be brand new. I will know by the 1st of next week. However, the exact reason for the issue I will never be completely sure of I suppose.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION....The all aluminum line that goes from the BOTTOM of the CONDENSER to the ACCUMULATER... (HIGH SIDE)... Which I bought just to get the New Schrader Valve...(and G.P.)...HAD TO BE FOR A 1998 MODEL...The 1994 model was WAY OFF.
(I have a 1500 2wd 5.2 1994 model "according" to the VIN & BUILD SHEET FROM DODGE)...ALSO... I have found MORE research that the ORIFICE TUBE goes SCREEN FIRST in the BOTTOM TUBE OF THE CONDENSER...(ON MODELS 93 TO 98) than ANY OTHER PLACES. And there is a few out there!
Like the "ADMINISTRATOR" said , "out of the MYRIAD of trucks, there's nothing written in stone. (Or something like that 😀...I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!

question...can you run 2 orifice tubes ?....This is why...the 1998 line (that fit the 1994, when the 1994 line didn't come close)... ★ IT HAS A ORIFICE TUBE IN IT ★ ★AND THE SCHRADER PORT VALVE SERVICE PORT IS THE SAME SIZE AS THE PORT ON THE COMPRESSOR BLOCK PORT★....... I need some more input, ideas, thoughts... ANYTHING!

That's what the parts book says.... So far I custom fabricated a pair of needle nose to reach down into the condenser and pull the orifice I put in there out. That line is actually for a 1998 the only one that would fit this 94. So when my AC man gets around to getting by here we'll know what it is. I'm very reluctant to accept the fact that the brand new out of the box compressor is bad but I know it's a possibility.
