Hows the fluid level? Gotta check in neutral, engine running. Preferably everything up to temp, but, if you can't drive it, that isn't absolutely necessary.

Last time the trans was serviced? How many miles on it?

Do you mean the vehicle doesn't move forward or backwards? Has any repair been done to the transmission?

fluid good and don’t remember service last time and 2921 miles
