Default New Here, several tranny questions

Hello all, new user here. Several questions, I have searched but still a bit confused hoping for some clarification.
I have a 2000 Ram Laramie SLT 1500 5.9l 4wd - How do I identify what transmission I have? 46RE?
Trying to figure out what I need to order parts for...

Symptoms:
Shifts from 1st to 2nd around 2500-3000 rpm
Hard acceleration from stop won't shift to 2nd, stays in 1st to redline
~30 mph step on accelerator and RPMs go up but no change in speed, slowly press accelerator and the truck will gain speed.
No CEL's or lights on the dash

Thinking I have to replace solenoids and sensors, but not quite sure... any help would be appreciated. This is my first automatic transmission I have owned, not too familiar with them. Thanks!!

Yep, change the governor stuff, fluid and filter, and adjust the bands. Don't skip that last one, it's important.

I would try to adjust the kick down cable first and maybe TPS. I would use only Mopar parts for the TPS.
