PB blaster or the such soaked for a few days. If that doesn't work heat is your best bet

Also, be sure to remove the spark plug tubes. They are not needed and allow debris to collect around the plugs and cause the type of issue that you're experiencing. You can easily remove them with a pair of locking pliers and wiggling the tube a bit to eventually pull it out.

Yes. Even if you break the porcelain part of the plug, you are still going to change the plug anyway, so feel free to go for it.

Just be sure if you do break the porcelain, that the inner porcelain is intact. It may slide down the electrode, that's okay. You just don't want it to shatter.

Otherwise, B'Laster or Kroil soaking for a day or two and then use a proper plug socket. Maybe use a handle extension on the ratchet.

With engine cold, remove the tin around the spark plugs. Then, clean the crap out from around the plugs. Blow gun/air compressor work pretty well. Once those are out of the way, start the engine, and let it warm up a bit. (just so the temp gauge starts to move) Shut the engine down, and spray the plugs with the penetrating lubricant of your choice. (but, WD-40 ain't it.) Let it soak in for a while, then do the same thing again. With the engine STILL warm, try and break them loose.
