The cylinders I tested had 150psi. I tried loosening the distributor too and slightly rotating it clockwise and counter clockwise as well, should the fuel sync be a little off, and it wouldn't start either.
Did you check the timing while moving the distributor to see if you were close to zero with the timing light?
Yes. I just tested the cam sensor/ignition pickup as well with a multimeter and it passes the test.
Check it with a TIMING LIGHT as mentioned before! The timing doesn't change but you need to have the spark get to the intended wire. It could be firing somewhere in between the wires in the cap.
I did the check with a timing light for that. It is firing on the number 1 plug at the correct time. When I mentioned the ignition pickup/Cam sensor test I did as well, I used a multimeter to confirm it was switching between 0-5 volts, and it also had a good ground on the wire as well.
I'd suggest getting with someone that has a scanner that can set your fuel sync and be sure that your fuel sync is correct. I use an older SnapOn MT2500 to set fuel sync. Where in general are you located?
No worries, I appreciate the offer. I'm looking into buying one to test it myself. I just don't see how it cant be close enough to even start up. I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point.

What was the "correct time" ? If the dizzy is adjusted correctly and it's firing it should do something. Did you try some starting fluid down the throttle body?
