I did it to mine using an auxillary 12V light switch with 2 prongs, plugged right into #3 and #5, very clean and then i just flipped the switch.

Got out and did mine today, used a jumper wire cause I didn't have a switch handy. Works great. Gonna look into doing this on the 300C now also.

Could you do a How To on this to publish on this site? Pretty please?

Amanda, I'm not sure what you mean by a "How To"? In case you missed it, there is a link in my first post that brings up detailed instructions and a pic. I used a piece of normal size automotive wire about 1 1/2 inches long, stripped both ends and crimped on electrical spade lugs. You then find the "fog light relay" in the power distribution center (the black box behind your battery) and pull it out. There is a map of all the relays on the inside of the PDC lid. The fog light relay has 5 spades 3 that run sideways to the truck, and 2 that run parallel to the length of the truck. On mine these two were the closest to me. All you do is plug one spade on the jumper into one of the parallel terminals and the other end of the jumper to the other parallel terminal. They will end up plugged in next to each other. Picture and diagram is in the above link. Throw the relay in the glove compartment in case you ever need it.
If this isn't what you need, repost or pm me. Like I said, I'm going to look and see if this is possible on our 300C also when I get a chance. I haven't done the other light mod in the thread that makes both low and high beams work at the same time - so all I know about is the foglight mod.

great write up. very easy to do, and definitely makes a nice difference at night. i did it today @ work. i think the longest part of the while thing was crimping the spade connectors to the wire
