so this seems fairly simple. Just intake and carb, do away with motor wiring and trans wiring and wire up two switches.

Switch for TCC really isn't necessary, you want that to work regardless of if O/D is disabled.

okay with all that figured out. After i carb swap it and everything what will be the biggest, lopiest cam i can put in it without pulling the heads off. Drop me some links

On yours, the computer only controls TCC, and O/D. You can set up a series of switches to handle those duties though. So, no computer required.
Patc makes a kit to do this automatically.
