The headlight switch in 2nd gen Dodge trucks is famous for melting down due to the load it handles. Check the switch closely and possibly replace, if necessary. When I replaced my switch, I noticed that some of its connection points had loosened due to heat/overload. Also, consider putting the headlights on their own relays to eliminate future issues and improve brightness. LMC and other outlets sell the harnesses. There are threads on this site about how to install the relay setup in a do-it-yourself manner, if so inclined.

I can't get the 1994 manual anymore either, that needs to be fixed by the admins. 1995 is virtually the same but the wiring diagrams are much easier to follow.
