I can't help. I did my rear seal a few years ago and it leaks exactly the same as it did before. Same with the front main. In my experience, once something leaks, it forever leaks.
You could try one of those "miracle" bottles of snake juice that claims to stop rear seal leaks from autozone.

It is possible to install the RMS backwards-- you got it oriented correctly? And did you do a little silicone on the corners of the bearing cap before reinstalling?
