Tail lights are power throught black/yellow wire off of the headlamp switch. Connector 2, pin "R"..... (why its a letter, and not a number like every other connector, is a mystery to me.) From there, it goes to C134, which I think is the bulkhead connector.... and then on to Splice 104. This circuit also powers the license plate lamps. Are those working??

From the headlight switch the black/yellow wire sends tail lamp output signal to connector 2.. is that connector inside the dash or on the other side of the firewall in the engine bay or fender? I’m going to check continuity at the connectors.. I know at the very least the connector at the driver side tail light gets continuity from the socket if I’m back tracing from the tail light. It goes to a wire loom bundle underneath the car by the spare tire and splits to the right tail light . And I know if gets continuity from the right tail light socket up to that point where it splits off.. the break or issue is somewhere from the front end of the car

no the license plate lights are not working/hooked up. No bulbs in the plate sockets and the wiring may or may not be good to it. It’s just zip tied and hanging.

I believe that is the connector right on the headlight switch. C134 I think is the connector at the firewall. (it's a fair sized one....)
