Not sure what to tell ya there. Are there possible alternate mounting points for the strap?

Not really on topic but reading through it sounds like I could swap in a 34gal into my quad cab long bed or did i misread?

I have a quad cab short bed with a 34 gallon tank. So yeah, I would think if you have a long bed, should be easy.
