Default Trans Cooler Line Lower Radiator Fitting

Hey everyone,

I've got a 2000 Ram 2500 5.9 gas truck (my old plow truck). There's this fitting on the radiator (passenger side) that is just a stub for the push connect fitting for the trans cooling lines. Well, that stub is broken and I cannot find a part number. Any ideas on this one?
Pictures attached to show what I mean. It's the lower cooling line. I'm guessing there has to be some generic part that will work for this..

Thanks,
Dan

You need a tool that is used on A/C lines to remove the line. There is little tab that need to be push back in order to remove the line. But if you are looking for the part that come out the radiator. That maybe part of a new line.

Do they come on the new radiator??? (my guess would be "no"...) Looks pretty crusty there. Bet that's gonna be fun to get out without trashing something.

If you look farther back down the line where it has a big nut is where my check valve was.

Just an FYI, since you're dealing with the transmission cooling line, here is the procedure to bypass the check valve in the line - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...46rh-46re.html
