Noise Between Bellhousing and Engine

Perhaps a flexplate bolt has loosened and its hitting against the back of the motor?

The torque converter doesn't get charged in park, unless the trans has been modified. Try idling in neutral, see if the noise goes away. (set the parking brake, and/or block the wheels though.....)
