On my '96 Ram 2500, these fit the flare nut for the high pressure line that screws into the back of the power steering pump. If the nut is severely rounded, some good locking pliers or Knipex water pump pliers and heat should also remove it. If the nut is rounded, I'd personally cut the metal line just behind the nut and plan on replacing the high pressure hose between the pump and the steering box.

Got the new pump, gonna put it in later. Found an old flare nut wrench laying around, made the job 15x easier than with an open head wrench. Definitely gotta buy a new set in case lol

Line wrenches are one thing where cheap rarely pays. You can get Snappy individuals on ebay somewhat reasonably.
