Crank the engine, if it starts, just shut it off, if it doesn't, that's fine. Pull the plugs. Are they wet?

Ok, Update. Limit time before dark so I just replaced the new injectors back to my old ones and it smoked at first like it did but now has died down a lot. I no longer have the gas smell as before. I hooked up my fule pressure gauge and it wasn't working no matter what I did so I guess my Harbor freight tool already died so I will be getting a new one next weekend. I let it run foe about 30 minutes and when I throttle the motor up and it didn't blast out the huge smoke as it did before so my guess is it will need to run some more till it clears out any gas in there? I figure out that I will let it idle some more when I get off work tomorrow and take it for a run this weekend and see if it does ok. If it turns out that the injectors I bought from 1A Auto was the problem. I will asking them for a refund. I'm still going to do a cylinders pressure test this weekend to see how the numbers are. Thanks Guys

That's the problem with 'replacement parts' these days. It's hit or miss on quality, not to mention correctness of new part.

I agree. I seeing way less smoke so hopefully it going to clear it self out. I know it seems a lot better and the gas smell is gone so that's a start. I will feel better if that what the problem was.

Depending upon how long the new injectors were on the engine, there may be a fair bit of unburned/raw gas in the oil, which doesn't help with decent lubrication. Might want to consider changing the oil and filter.

I was actually thinking the something. The oil was changed around 2 weeks ago but that was before the problem so its cheap for a new filter and oil. It wouldn't hurt to be safe. Thanks

I pulled dipstick today when I got home and yes, there is fuel in the oil so going to not start the motor and do a oil change in the morning. Will update as I go . Again Thanks for the help.

Well I got the oil changed and a new PVC. At least this new one doesn't throb like the last one. It's quiet.I'm still getting some what I would term as light but it's off and on and somewhat smells like burnt oil as you would smells when oil gets on the manifold but its still a light colored. It's not white smoke but about the same as the gray was. I am thinking maybe still burning off left over fuel that was in there? I let it run for about 45 minutes or so and it would come and go. I will take it for a run in the morning and see how it does.
Hey, I will get you the compression numbers once I can find my kit. Do you want them after the motor warms up or cold or do you want both?
1A Auto can't refund me since its been the 60 days ( Maybe one to three days of the 60) but could send me new ones. I just replied I will eat the loss and just take it as a lesson learned. I don't want to risk going through this again. The old ones are running good anyway. lol.

For the compression test, I am more interested in dry vs. wet numbers. Doing a compression test on a hot motor is not without hazard. So, pull all the plugs, block the throttle wide open, pull the ASD and Fuel Pump relays, and run the test. Record all the numbers, then repeat the test, but, add a teaspoonful of oil to the cylinder right before you test. See what the numbers do. (record those to, report all findings. )
