Should only see power on two pins in the ASD socket..... Pin 30 is hot at all times, pin 85 *might* be as well, but, I think that one is only hot with ignition on. PCM controls the ground side of the control circuit.
Which three wires are you seeing power on, and how are you testing?
I tested with multimeter originally and three pins on the fuse box under the hood were reading battery voltage. Since then when checking things after tinkering with this and that I've only used test light where the relay plugs in. When I looked at fuse box diagram I don't think I noticed PIN numbers only fuse description. I still have voltage going to my spare fuse location as well through the fuse as if there's a load on my spare
