There are a couple splices in the feed wires. Dark Green, with Orange Trace. Pick a wire, say, injector 7, and trace that wire back. They all end up at the same place, including the power feed to the coil. (which is also the same color.)

P1388 ASD Relay Control Circuit
P0136 O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Circuit Malfunction
If the asd relay is not coming on you have no power to anything.

Glad you were able to obtain some codes via the scanner as to what's going on with your truck. Sounds like you need to take a close look at the ASD relay circuit. May need to replace the ASD relay and/or checkout the wiring going to it for breaches/shorts/etc.

No, you shouldn't.... wouldn't hurt to swap the ASD an horn relay though, see if anything changes.

That wouldn't prevent getting power to the injectors. If you don't have power there, the engine simply is not going to run. Need to figure why it is losing power.

Think I would run some of the tests again, verify that you do indeed get spark while cranking, and that the fuel pump also runs while cranking. Real possibility this is just a bad splice somewhere, as the PCM ALSO gets a signal from ASD wiring, to show that the relay is indeed engaged. So, that would account for the code, and lack of power at the injectors.
