Rebuilt ABS Controller
#61
Ok, Changed out the ABS valves and module, bled the everything and the brakes are good. ABS and Bake lights are gone and staying even after test drive. Ran scanner and got one code. Erased it to run again and three coeds. Disconnected battery for about 10 minutes but codes keep come back. The same codes from before. I just don't get it. ECU is a part of some of the codes but don't they require a service shop to correct it? Just curious

65 Open power relay. 47 is Shorted Iso Solenoid or open ecu output-LF and 45 is Open Iso soleniod Ecu Output-LF. These seem to never change. It flutters between 1 to 3 sometime a 4th one will show. I am starting to think there may be a issue with Ecu? There isn't to more that could be the issue brake wise. Brakes are working good and no dash lights so things are improving. Just trying to see why I would be getting these codes.

It's very muddy water when it comes to these codes. I checked the truck while running a day or two ago and I believe while running. It showing 13.4 volts. I have changed solenoids in the transmission as well as the part that plugs into the harness but don't remember anything about Overdrive solenoid? Everything seems fine and brakes are working good. These code only show up if I run ABS on my scanner.I'm at a loss here at this point. Doesn't sound like your having much better results. To be honest. I don't have a clue on how long these codes may have been in there?
