That valve is readily available locally at pick and pay salvage yards on a variety of vehicles - Durango, Ram, Dakota, etc. I picked up a couple of used valves and plan to replace the one on my truck one of these days since the two metal solenoid covers appear to be rusting out. Might want to check your wiring closely to ensure nothing there is bare/shorting. I'm thinking that those valves are pretty tough, as we haven't heard about them failing, unlike Takarta airbags...
Unfortunately, picking are very thin here. One salvage yard local and other is small about a hour away. It's the same company but the one here local wont let people in the yard. There small they do but last time I was the maybe a couple of dodge picked thin. Butler Auto Salvage is buying all the smaller ones out and closing their yards. It's sad to see this. I will try to get to the yard when this rain clears up so it may not be till next weekend. I am hoping after good bleed, this problem will go away. They are pretty sloppy and soft. If I can't get any help. I'm just going to go back to the old method of bottle with fluid and tube. I will go through the wiring as well. Thanks
I have come down to I believe I have a valve issue on the block in the front. I am thinking they are acting up after I tapped them a little code threw up erratic code which makes me feel that tapping them moved something or jarred something to get a reaction. Found local Salvage has anti lock system for my year of truck for $120.00 but I want to see if that means the whole assembly with module? From the pictures. It looked to be everything was replaced at some point also master cylinder looked pretty new. I would rather just pull the whole deal out and install new one back in ( meaning more of bolt and reconnect lines.
I still think you just have a proportioning valve issue. Being RWAL, that valve is just a dump valve, with a couple solenoids on it. Very little to go wrong there, and I don't recall ever hearing of anyone needing to replace it..... Now, if it's puking fluid, that's an entirely different story.

To be honest. I can't think about anything to fix this issue. I cleaned every connection I can find. Checked Did a ohm check on the rear and it was 1.8 so that's good. The front I did notice the one with the green circle under the rubber cap. I did notice today when you press the brake. It move in and out. You can see it poking the rubber cap up and down. Is there a way to maybe access those two solenoids and maybe inspect/ clean them? What is weird I can easily reverse bleed the front but that back just wont allow me. I can bleed them out but reverse. It just pushed past the boot I place on the screw. Making a mess.
Even replaced the brake light switch since I wasn't for sure how to check it. Do have a question though. On the rear axle T. There is a hose running up to the underside of the bed and I couldn't get a good look at it or what it even does?
The hose coming from the rear axle tee should be the vent hose for the rear axle.
As for cleaning the solenoids, I don't believe that they are easily serviceable, which is why I just picked up a couple of spares from our local pick and pay yard.

I went online for a local salvage yard and found what looks to be really good parts. $129 for everything is what I was told. That being both valves and module. 6 Month warranty also. I know it looks a lot than mine.lol. Posting a picture. The sad part is looking at the motor area as well as the rauck. I wonder why it's there? The trucks looks in good shape.
Blown motor, or trans, or differential.... or, maybe it was just somones problem child, and scrapping it was easier than doing anything else with it. I have seen some REALLY nice cars/trucks in the scrapyard......

Well from one of the pictures. The motor was running by the gauges. I did notice later looking that it was hit in the rear. The bumper and tow package was bent up pretty bad. maybe insurance issue?

Yeah, these days it doesn't take much for damage to exceed the value of the vehicle...... When I minor fender bender is 15K to fix...... it becomes a lot easier to understand why they are in the junkyard.

Picked up that part and it wasn't from the truck on the website but all I can do is see how it works out. I asked while I was there about looking at the truck. I was told it was gone. That sucks. It looked to be a good picking truck. Should hopefully get everything installed before this weekend. I will update soon. Thanks
