I have a 96 ram 1500 5.9 v8 4x4 my front driver side axle keeps blowing up I have new wheel bearings ball joints tie rid ends Trac bar sway bar bushings and links bassicly new front end but my driver side axle keeps blowing up wondering emif anyone els knows what causes that my front end hops and the alxe blows I have new coils and shocks on front end as well so I'm not sure why it keeps blowing up if someone can fill me in that would be great thanks picture of from first time but this is how it blows up new ball joints now but axle keeps blowing u joint right out
Well, the ball joint is toast...... but if it's doing that kind of thing on snow...... That just ain't good. I could see it if you were using 4x4 on dry roads.....

Time it happen now just the axle blows up nothong els but the axle but the axle looks like that every time it blows
It's binding somewhere..... That's about the only reason I can think of that you would be blowing thru them that quickly..... those should last decades, not months......

it's about 20 min and it blows up I've put three alxe in there already and not I put another one and I haven't driven my truck since everything is straight as can be and it blows when I'm in 4 and moving almost like a death wobble but I'm going 2 miles an hr front end hops out of control when driving in snow or sand
How long have you owned it? I might be tempted to pull the front cover, and see what ya got in there. Maybe the intermediate shaft on the passenger side is seized up/binding?? You wouldn't notice it in 2wd, because it doesn't really have to spin anyway..... but, in 4wd.... things would break quick. There is a bushing on the outboard end of the intermediate shaft, the other end floats in the differential.
