Default 360 High idle/fluctuating idle

Hey guys so I wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything I cleaned the crap out of the throttle body because it was pretty rough so all good there. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up an iac valve and I also have a tps in the glovebox just in case. Anyways pretty much in any circumstance the idle would get pretty high except for first initial start/idle so after that no matter if I'm in gear or neutral or park the rpms will shoot up to 1000/1100 sometimes even higher. I checked the cable and linkage on the side of the throttle body and nothing seems out of the ordinary and there's no cel. I dont think there's a vacuum leak I did plug off the hoses for the front diff actuator because I now have posi lok. I also plugged off the hoses in the engine bay for the face vents a while ago because I had a vacuum leak so only defroster vents now.

I didn't take the tb off I just cleaned it, but if you're referring to resetting it by removing and putting the battery cables back on I did that because my cables terminals have been getting a bit corroded.

With how bad the throttle body was it wont surprise me that the valve/motor is in bad shape so just better off replacing.
