I believe there are a couple fuses for the PCM..... One in the fuse block in the side of the dash, and another one in the PDC under the hood.

Never hurts to plug in a code scanner to check for pending or stored codes even if there's no CEL. As mentioned, check all of the fuses under the hood and on the side of the dash. Lastly, do you hear the fuel pump turn on when turning the engine to 'run'?

How many miles on the truck?

When did the truck stop running or starting up? And have you done any work on it? Also is the cluster flashing at the odometer with a message and not the numbers. Last thing, Like Hey you had said, check the ignition run fuse's with a test light.
