Can you get a fuel pressure gage on it to see what the pressure is? One injector is pumping to much gas, even new ones? One injector isn't providing enough gas. Were the fuel injectors new or refurbished/rebuilt? Match flowed injectors if rebuilt? If you are smelling gas I'm surprised the O2 sensors aren't setting a code, unless the computer isn't getting into closed loop.

It ran this way before all this stuff was changed that’s why they changed all the stuff it started running bad and surging and stalling and they replaced all the stuff listed and it still runs the same so here I come and pick it up cheap and now I don’t know where to look I don’t wanna continue the trend of throwing parts at it I do know that b1s1 is stuck on 1.00 volts and don’t switch much at all and I think it is stuck in open loop may have to check again to see if ol or cl but I am gonna change the o2 this weekend but I don’t feel this will fix my issue
also has a new alternator and battery I’m feeling a computer issue I just was hoping someone else may have had this same issue

Does it run bad right away? Or will it idle smooth for a couple minutes when cold, then start running crappy?

It’s not great when cold but it does get worse as it warms

What brand? NTK or Denso only please. These trucks don't like Bosch sensors.
