Pcm bad?

There was a splice on that wire. I have no resistance on it anymore but still same issue. New twist tho. I cut the green signal wire from pin 29 a few inches down from pcm. Started truck I have 5v on pcm side and .64v on trans connector side. I don't think I can do anything to this if 29 is hot it will always show gov pressure to high if over 4.8v. The 2 pcm thing is what's still not making sense

Have a look at your connectors, are any of the wires pulled out? See any bare copper anywhere? Any of the connectors melted at all?
I have no idea why that pin would be showing voltage in that condition. It's gotta be backfeeding from somewhere, but, as we don't have internal wiring diagrams for the PCM, its hard telling where its comin' from. Gotta be from a five volt feed somewhere, but, I think there are several. Have a look at the connector Pinouts. See how many are 5 volt reference signals.....
This one is a real head-scratcher.

Did some research last night about 5v reference signals. I read that if connector at sensor is unplugged or open signal wire the pcm will read that there is a problem and output 5v to trigger CEL. good news I back on track to figure out problem most likely not wiring or pcm which I been chasing for days but most likely bad solenoid or transducer or harness in valve body or the shift kit I installed increased line pressure. I replaced solinoid and transducer at the beginning of this problem but possible they are bad. Will drop the pan later today
