All of my vents get the same weak amount it seems. I'll try that and see what I can do.

it seems to have some pine needles etc in there but doesn't look too clogged. I've noticed I think I hear/feel some air behind the dash.

So I ran a camera I have into there and found this. I guess that's probably clogged up and is my issue ?

The other pic shows open area so it may be restricted partially you still should feel air out the vents. See if you can vacuum out all the garbage in there. Test it in defrost mode, That's the default position if you have no vac or weak vac to power the actuators you will get air out of them.

I tried cleaning it some with my hand and I have a slight amount of air coming through now. I get the same air flow on all settings including defrost. I ordered a kit to blow the evaporator out.
