Default No air through any vents

Hi,I'm new to the forum. I'm having some issues with my 1995 Dodge 2500. Recently I had noticed my vents weren't blowing very strong and that the blower motor seemed to be getting tired. I ordered a new one, installed it and the blower motor itself sounds very healthy, except now I have a new issue. I have no air or a very very weak amount of air coming out of any of the vents. It is selecting the vents correctly, the door nearest the blower motor is operating correctly,I cannot figure out what's gone wrong. I don't think it's a vacuum issue as I can hear it switching vents, and I feel a light amount of air coming out of each (so light it won't even blow a piece of paper,it lays flat). Any ideas ?

Do you have A/C? Did you check for junk in there while you had the fan out?

I do when I charge it. It leaks but I had a/c up until I changed the fan. I had mediocre at best air flow till the day I changed the fan,now its none.

Does the fan run on high? You should hear it regardless of where the air comes out at.

Pull the fan, look at the evaporator core. (assuming you also have a/c) Is it packed full o' stuff? Also check the inlet for the fan.....Make sure that isn't all packed up as well.

Should be able to see it... maybe a flashlight and mirror would help?

You won't be able to see the inlet from inside but put it on 'max ac recalculate" and the door will move and then you will be able to see it. I think if you remove the fan and stick your hand in there you can feel the evaporator. Did you verify you are not getting air out the defrost vents?
