I've a '96 Ram 1500. The blend door seal finally failed (original), so it's time to tear her apart, replace all the old stuff with new stuff. I'm wondering what is the best foam sealant, not only for the blend/ main vent/defrost doors but to seal around all the joints in the plenum assembly?

 

Someone else did this in the not-so-distant past, lots of good info in that thread, if you can find it.
