In order to get a reading from pin 4 i had to plug the abs module back in and stick a paper clip down in the pin..but i got a 12v reading!, pin 11 also still had 12v

Test the sensor itself, make sure it isn't open. If it isn't, then its gotta be the wiring.

What setting do i set the multimeter in order to test the sensor?
If the sensor comes out fine what wires should i start chasing?

Resistance, setting on yours doesn't really matter, it'll auto-range to a point, I would set it higher than 200 though.....

No i didnt hit anything i was going down the highway then all of a sudden im looking at the sky and my rear tire is flying, not real sure what happened i think something exploded or lugs snapped idrk

Yeah, hard tellin' what happened first there.... The edge I can see looks pretty clean, which implies it is a fresh break. But, WHY did it break in the first place?????? Not something I expect to see, unless I hit something rather hard, and even then, more often than not, the wheel bends, but, doesn't break....
