Not real sure why the wheel exploded i was only going 70, it ripped off mostly everything for my brakes and all my lugs.. maybe my drum exploded?

You could probably find the drum again, if you were determined... but, given how cheap they are, and how hot its been, I think my take on it would be: Rear brake job. And call it a day.

The lugs may have broken first, then the wheel broke when it hit something while it was loose..... Or, maybe, the wheel disintegrated first, and the severe bouncing that would have cause snapped the studs. Unless someone was behind you with a camera, we'll likely never know. Make sure the back plate didn't get too mangled.....

Once it bends like that, it weakens the metal.... and considering how much you depend on the bit of steel, I think a new one is in order..... or one from a local yard?

Yes sir, new everything pretty much except the axle shaft, im waiting on the wheel studs. And filling it with fluids in the morning.

Still hoping to have my speedometer issue fixed, i got my crank sensor wires from under the bolt that was snagging it. Replaced the VSS sensor,Tailshaft sensor, will be replacing neutral safety switch today.

Might just go ahead and make a new thread for this issue. What do u think?
