And if you would have read, you would have noticed I wasn't talking to you, but to Los_Control, whom I don't think quite understands about the plenum plate.

Also if I disconnect the pcv from the intake, there’s smoke and a little bit of pressure out of the breather but if I connect the pcv to the intake there’s no smoke and no pressure on rhe breather and when there is smoke with the pcv disconnected it’s a good amount

I wish you luck .... A real simple test for a pcv valve is to shake it back and forth ..... if it is loose and rattles back and forth .... it probably works good enough.
At least it wont cause the oil consumption you are getting.

My only concern is to love you like a brother .... point you in the right direction ..... I get nothing from this and have no dog in the fight.
I suspect you will spend between $300-$500 trying to fix this motor ..... suppose you do actually pull it off .... it is only good for maybe 25K-50K miles .... what I have seen is you will be lucky to get 5K miles out of it.

Who cares? Just embrace it's service and replace it and move on with your life.

413 are cool engines .... are you planning to put that in the 1997 truck? .... Thats a lot of personal hatred and torture to make all the electrical devices work ....
Enjoy your new year.

Thanks bro but no it’s a old irrigation motor but all my parts for this thing have been aftermarket except the gaskets now the pcv will be genuine molar because I’ve heard the aftermarket ones let to much air or something I don’t know but I’m rebuilding it because I’m the future I plan to put up a irrigation pivot and it won’t be electric so I need an engine for it and it used to run an engine

That's called blow by! It's when the cylinder pressure(compression) leaks past the rings into the crank case.

It's not the PCV valve it's the pressure behind it (blow by). If it's indeed blowing oil into the intake you can use a catch can. This will "catch" the oil before it goes into the intake.

You can do a compression test and a leak down test. It will confirm what we already know, it's tired and served its purpose. Blow by and 1 qt every 20 miles, time for new one or overhaul. No amount of thick oil or lucas will stop it. 2600rpm sounds like you're overdrive isn't engaging, that is controlled electronically. I would crawl under the truck and check the wiring/connector to the trans.
