Default ignition switch issues

99 ram 2500 5.9 gas auto trans
My truck isn't cutting power to the radio, turn signals, and switched power outlet when you turn the key off.
I've replaced the ignition switch and key lock cylinder to no avail.
Is there a relay or something else that could be stuck? I checked my fuse boxes and didn't find anything that clearly stated it would power those.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not seeing a relay in there anywhere.... Is this still the stock system? Do you have the infiniti system?

Do you know if the recall has been done for the ignition? If you remove the connector on the back of the ignition switch and inspect the wires, They maybe melted?

No on the infinity system. I replaced the head unit about 8 years ago after the stock one died. I wasn't aware of an ignition recall I did check the plug and wires I didn't see anything obvious. As of today I exchanged the switch for a different new one same problem. Bad new parts happen so I thought it was worth a shot.

I didn't dig into the column any further than I had to so I guess it's possible it's further down.
