Coil will have power for about 3 seconds at initial key on, and then only if the PCM sees the engine turning. (crank sensor signal) I might be tempted to see if power to the relay control circuits goes away when the key goes back to the run position......

Ok it doesn't have power for that first 3 seconds in the on position it only has power while in the crank position.. so what should I test to see if power is or isn't there after key goes back to run position after cranking?

Ok, that was just weird..... ALL of your posts got moderated in here for some reason....... Likely the auto-censor going overboard..... I have it fixed for the moment, we'll see if it STAYS that way.

If you aren't getting power on the control side of the circuit with the ignition switch in the Run position, I would have a long hard look at the ignition switch itself.

And for some reason, the site REALLY doesn't like you, and keeps hiding your posts, and I have NO idea why..... Gonna bump that issue up the food chain. See what shakes loose.
