Also found something similar with the same thread here. And yes I did a Google search for flag(or tab) nuts 14x2 and next to nothing comes up. McMasterCarr doesn't have them. If you don't want to pay the price just get regular flange nuts and make the tab out of flat stock, Drill a hole about the size of the nut(outer hex). Beat (or press) it on then weld it. Lastly as mentioned a 14mm bolt diameter is 0.5512 in inches. A 9/16 bolt diameter is 0.5625 so a 9/16 is a slight bit bigger but probably would work. May want to try one out first to be sure. And if you live in the rust belt put never seize on the threads!
