Default how to make a v10 nv4500 work on 360

My truck is a 360 1500 single cab truck. I just bought a v10 nv4500 to go in it. i already know the bellhousing and the input shaft need changed which fine i already have them but how can i make my 23 spline transfer case work? and stock driveshaft cause this nv4500 is 29 spline output can i just use this on the trans output shaft https://torqueking.com/products/1154...-v78iT6pBruvvr to get my 23 spline transfer case to bolt to it?

Isn't the output shaft the same across all the transmissions? (as far as diameter, and spline count....)

v10 is the same as a diesel trans with a 29spline count output. 5.2 and 5.9 nv4500s are 23 spline output

Should just need a small block bell housing, I think they all used the 1 1/4 input shaft, unless its been upgraded to 1 3/8" after market

so in that case diesel transfer cases and gas transfer cases have the same spline count?

i believe so yes, spline count seems to vary by transmission for some reason, nothing changes inside the case to my knowledge but the spline does, auto to manual

so my auto gas transfer case will bolt to the v10 nv4500 no issues?

it will bolt up, but the input spline is most likely different on the shaft

Just change the input shaft or find the correct transfer case, the 231 was pretty easy just pull the front retainer and planetary out, 271 was alot more complicated, have to split the cases and basically gut it out, unfortunately I have not done a 241 if that's what you have, so i cant say for sure how easy it is to change
