Default My engine setup for 06

Well things are getting closer now on my final setup for this year. Still waiting on a couple parts.

Hughes billet 55mm tb
M1/2bb (on 360 currently/will be modifying)
Hughes 1828 cam on the bench but decided Im not using it. Its way too small for the 408/hds.
Comp Cams, 236/242 @ 050, with 570/589 lift and cut on a 114 (just ordered)
Eagle billet 4340 stroker crank is rated for over 1000hp!! (should be here next week)
Eagle forged H rods
Wiseco custom forged, 8.5cr blower pistons (should arrive next week also)
Edelbrock 2.02 alum heads with 3 angle valve job, decked, gasket matched and stageIII porting now flow 290/248cfm @ 550 lift (24/36% over out of box #s/55%+ over stock hds)
Replacing Eddy springs with 650lift springs and titanium retainers/locks
MP gasket kit for all except under the heads
Cometics .042 mls head gaskets (not the.120 sc gasket/dont want to lower cr any more)
Arp head studs
Hughes main studs & main girdle/crank scrapper
Clevite bearings
8lbs of block fill
Mildon h/v oil pump
MP pinned oil pump driveshaft
MP double roller tchain
Modified oversized MP oil pan
Im having the rotating assembly balanced and blue printed. My machinist is rating it good to a max of 950hp @ flywheel.

Also have B&G 408 flashed pcm (borrowed) and a new MSD BTM for pulling timing under boost but dont want to use them.
Looking to get a FAST standalone management and probably 72lb injectors

The #s Im getting from software estimations is varying by almost 100rwhp so not sure where it will end up. Slowest its telling me is 11.6 ets, fastest, 10.92 and thats at 8-9psi only.

Any bets on what I will break first?

PS. in the picture below I did a mock up using my buddies 408 block not mine (mine will be black) and used his m1/4bb (I have 2bb version/still on 360) Everything else is mine. Wanted to make sure no issues with the studs and springs. Have to recheck with the 650springs in now that I think of it.

I bet you will do 10s with that setup. If you're ever racing in the Valley area like Luskville or something let me know so I can see that power plant in action. [sm=gears.gif]
