i had that problem with my wipers too they would work on delay some times and not outhers ended up being the ctm changed it out and i havent had any probs i just striped one off a truck at the junkyard (there is a truck thats almost identical to mine it should have my name on it for everythng i take off it lol) you half to make shure you get the right one there are 3 diff models depending on your options

wen you turn on the silonoid thow isent power going to the fan not away from it? so wouldent that stop the power from going back on your system? i havent worked much with diodes so this is kinda new to me lol ahouther thing before i found a big enuf silonoid for my isolstion silonoid i was looking at getting a diode from a sterieo system so the 2nd one would charge but not discharge but that seamed like a crappy idea for me however that might work for you

 

the feeedback voltage is only between 5 to 10 volts but its the initial jolt when the contacts meet is what im worried about.....

 

ok ok ok... i'll dig out the physics book.. if you can get me the measurements on the fan i can probably put together something. even a graph maybe of rpm's and varience of cfm's...

just need the info.

AWESOME!!! thanks crazy... its funny i was talking to my uncle this weekend (where i do all my work at..in his garage) he's an electrian by trade/study and he was telling me its easy to figure it out..its like a simple HVAC forumla ... i was about to punch him b.c me and ryan have been on the puter for countless amount of hours trying to find out a way to figure out somwhat close enough numbers as a bassis...

anyway... i was at the shop this past weekend and i forgot to get the measurements..i got the fan off the truck so it might be easier to get the pitch of the blades ... if ryan cant get you certain demensions lemme know and ican shoot over to the shop (30 mins away) and i can the ones you need...

im not shure on the angle because 1 its on the truck still lol and 2 its curved shott might be able to get better info on that
