The dreaded blue wire!!!!!! []Guess the amps work better when turned on....Hate it when that happens.[:@]

glad to see you got it worked out!!!! another thing to think about... in the event you want to upgrade to a larger more safisticated system... youll need to bypass the factory amp and run dedicated speaker wires to the speakers..and bypass the factory wiring as well

Well, I was going ot upgrade some, but as of right now, I think my plenum gasket is shot [:@]

Ahh, surprised another installer didnt bring this up... you most likly have a speaker out of polarity.. IE, the leads are switched on it, posative and negative...dimisnhed bass is the first sign
on a tweeter, its how we add "time" to units that arent mounted next to the matching midbass driver.. ie: up on the pillars)

no...if you read what was posted...I found the problem, I had to bypass the factory amp

Sweet, so just hook the blue wire up to the remote wire. I can't wait to get it working and get some mid range bass! lol

yea the stock amp is just like a normal amp... just not same as in performance... but still requires to be turned on with the radio.
