Truck dies and starts back up on its own? HELP!!!!!
PCM = Power Control Module ... your truck's brain. If it overheats and shuts down so does your truck. I have no experience with overhead console systems so the "CCD" means nothing to me. Someone else may recognize it though.
If you're not getting a CEL ... not throwing any codes ... but the truck shuts down when hot (no gauges, no indications at all) but it still cranks but won't start ... it sounds like the computer to me. If you had working gauges, I'd figure fuel pump cutting out.
It does still crank after it shuts down, yes?

IT WILL SHUT DOWN AND NOT TURN ON. YES IT STILL CRANKS OVER, BUT NOTHING. ONE OF THE MECHANICS PLACED A TEST LIGHT ON ONE OF THE INJECTOR PLUGS WHEN THE TRUCK WOULD NOT START, AND SAID THE THERE WAS NOT POWER TO THE INJECTORS. ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH COME ON BUT NON OF THE GAGUES WORK. I PUT A NEW FUEL PUMP ABOUT A MONTH AGO.
The injectors are fired by the computer.
Don't panic ... if it is the PCM, they're pretty cheap. We've see rebuilt units for $66 on-line. I'm not tech certified but I am an electronics technician. I'd still wait and check with some of the more seasoned Dodge guys here before throwing parts at this problem.
You also might want to restart this problem in a new thread as you piggy-backed this onto the tail-end of someone else's problem. You might get more folks responding to it that way.
