Might be a tad overkill (sarcastic), but I just so happen to know where there are a few Minuteman III missiles sittin around. I am not sure we can target them that close to there position though. They are kinda designed to go a bit further. Then there's the collateral damage. On second thought, not the best idea. As for stake out vehicle.. too bad I am in MT.... I got a buddy with a GMC Safari Van.. I know, not cool, but it's painted A-team colors and style. Pretty funny actually.
