One thing that I noticed when I did my '01 D44 to '01 D60 swap is that the big nut on the end of the axle shaft that holds the hub on is the same on the D44 and D60. They both use the same size socket too.

Also the way t-case bolts up to the tranny you need a 9/16's wrench to get them off

FYI, my first list is included in my 2nd list. I re arrange it to make more sense.

Oh, noticed in my list I forgot to put in the 2x 5/8" bolts that also hold the motor to trans with the 4x 9/16" bolts

yea.. mainly all im doing now is just adding and adding and adding.. and when it looks to be full enough ill format it good and make it all pretty and usable.. and then i might go out ot my truck and get more sizes when i have time.. i still gotta get/figure out spread sheet or how to make a pdf file.. but i dont plan on finalizing it untill either middle or end of oct. gives it plenty of time to manifest and try and get more people to add to it..

Can anybody give me the exact size, length, and thread type (bolts and nuts) for the upper and lower control arms for a 1999 1500 4x4?

I need to change my control arms, and I've heard that the bolts can sieze and i'll probably need to sawz-all them off. I would like to get replacement ones before I start the job.

Thanks!
