Dan,Dan he be da man. Got my plenum gasket done and the Fastman TB on this weekend. Man what an improvement. My Wife who neverpays any attention to how a vhicle sounds said it sure runs quiter. Man it idles smoother, shifts easier and faster and WOT Wahooooooooooo. Now for the right foot mod. I wish I had enough time to do the intake mod. Maybe next year. I think the exhaust is next.

 

lol, you know what works for the right foot mod? get a big spring and attach it from your toe to your knee.... hahahaha... Post a mileage improvement if you record any... i'm sure others want to know.

 

I need to quit waiting and get one. Did you have any stock 1/4 times? I'd like to compare before and after times.

 

I never did the 1/4 in my truck but I can say the 2 top mods i'd recommend were the TB & the RR's, both added a noticeable boost in power.

 

RR's? How bout the M1 intake?

 

What part of the truck runs quieter? I'm against things that make my truck quiet :P

 

Thats why the pipes are next. There is a line from the movie Thunder Road. A guy and gal are setting on the front steps and the guy says " There come Luke' you can tell by the sound of his pipes". However the idle is a lot smoother and she doesn't hear it sucking as hard till WOT then sound lik a 4 bbl with the air cleaner off. I know this is werid but it seem to shift smoother and faster guess it doesn't have to take a big gulp of air just sucks it in.

 

on yours?... go for it, 2wd = lighter, std cab = even lighter. once it's in there, consider a custom flash on the pcm.

 

What is RR's? I want to get the mopar ecu also. Maybe some 3.92 gears and headers.

 

roller rockers... 1.6's or 1.7's. I used the crowers and loved them.
