Problem with a "thumpin" motor is that you have to upgrade a lot of other components, and you have to TUNE your truck very well...or your motor won't last long

Your best bet is this crane cam: CRN-704121
It's the EXACT same cam as the Mopar Performance Camshaft that was available a few years ago. That cam has been known to wake up stock motors quite nicely, and still retain street manners. It's also important to know that NEW lifters are STRONGLY recommended when doing ANY cam swap.
