Your bumpers will be lower until you raise them up (since they attach to the frame). Gas tank filler neck might need some extension, and the steering might need an extension. If you get the body lift from Performance Accessories, it should come with all the hardware you need to make it all work though. Talk to Tani1500, he knows more about body lifts then I do, and has a 3" PA on his truck.

I got mine from Trail Master and it came with EVERYTHING I needed. Fuel filler extensions, front bumper brackets, steering extender, shifter extender, ect.

Its pretty easy, took me and a friend like 3 hours. Hardest part is the linkage extension and steering extention but if you follow the directions even those are easy. Also don't buy the rear bumper brackets, you can drill new holes 2" above the old ones and it will look fine GL and shoot us anymore questions if you have them.

if i remember correctly trailmaster doesnt have a steering shaft extention but i could be wrong. i would go with PA, there the best know. my kit had everything i needed and half it i didnt even have to use. the direction where also straight foward and easy to follow.

funny, when i go to trailamasters site and fallow the links to body lifts it takes me to performance automotives site, maybe PA ands trailamaster have joined on these kits? the kit looks pretty good, i wonder if the supplied steering shaft will be sufficiant though considering the lift already on the truck?

x2 for Performance Accessories

the 3" BL kit was 100% complete for my 1999 Sport Ext Cab 4x4. Steering shaft spacer and everything (I didnt use it though, I bought the Borgeson shaft which is way better than stock, and you dont have to use the spacer) www.borgeson.com

The kit was around $240 (CDN) which is about $213 USD. Not bad of a price from www.nsor.com

I opted for the rear bumper brackets, and I havent had any issue with them. I dont plan on pulling a trailer or anything with the bumper anyways (It's now to high) so I dont see what the big fuss is all about.
