Huh? I am assuming that you meant a cold air intake system? Lots of people on this forum are using them. The one I have is an S&B, I like it alot and it added some power and gas mileage increases some when I keep my foot out of it. Try searching cold air intake, you will find alot of reviews and pictures of different systems. As far as which one to get K&N is used by most. I would go with the K&N unless you get a good deal on an S&B or Volant.

I have no clue, that is the brand name. Just like Trueflow, K&N and Fram. The only reason I chose the S&B was the great deal I got on it off of Ebay. I can't make a comparison to the K&N since I have never used their system on my truck but I asked around on here before I bought it and everyone that had it liked it. There has been some debate on whether or not the location it draws air from is colder than where the K&N gets its air. That didn't really matter to me though, it looked like a solid system and I was ready for a CAI so I bought it.

www.sbfilters.com

IIRC that is their website if you want to have a look.

Volant seems a nice option too - best at preventing hot air infiltration in the intake charge of your engine. But many also prefer the K&N cold air intake.

the above link is the most comprehensive and 'independent'
test of Cold Air Intakes on a rear wheel dyno
and notice that they don't do much?

If you do buy a CAI
loan a diagnostic scanner and do before and after
measurements of your IAT sensor and your MAP sensor.
If the IAT doesn't measure a lower temperature
and the MAP doesn't measure and higher air pressure
...send the CAI back for a refund.

No manufacturer...Toyota, Honda, Ford, GM, Porsche, BMW or DCx
has found that any CAI design improves MPG at part throttle driving.

When was the last time you saw a car ad from any car company that said:
"Our new air intake design improves MPG by 2"
You will never see one.

Want to see a good 'Ram Air' intake that improves engine performance above 100 mph?
Look at the twin scoop factory installed system on a BMW M6

I recently bought the AEM setup for 202 dollars at JCWhitney. It's an awesome looking setup with a chrome tube. Best part is you never have to recahrge the filter. THe power is almost non existant untill you really get on the gas, then the ram takes off like no other.
