K&N FIPK No More
It was two wire housings on both sides of the air filter not exactly sure where they went. I must have a 2.5 filter now if the other one was 2.75. Do you know if they make a 2 or 2.25 filter?? Thanks for all the help. It did take about 3 hours because I was using a hacksaw and bending the rod by hand. That hurt!!!
Hey man your engine looks sick, how did you get it so clean it looks new? Also did you change the engine covers they look really nice. Where did you find them? Hopefully I could get my engine to like that clean.
This is the one I got. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...683&rd=1,1
The offset base allowed me to use a straight bolt and prevents the filter from hitting the bolt everyone else was having to cut off. Works great, but I think it's a little too cold here right now to really see many benefits.

Ive had my Mopar round air filter setup with the K&N for 3 weeks but i put it on the exact same time i gutted my cat and put headers on and it seemed like it took the computer about 2-3 days before recognizing what the hell was goin on. after those 2-3 days it was hauln ***! i got the whole setup on summitracing for about $120 with K&N saved me $100+ from the FIPK!!! its worth it guys seriously it looks good performes good and sounds awesome!
I like the old school look of a muscle car with that setup. Thinking of ordering me one today. Looked under my hood last night and my PCV valve is on the drivers side and there is another vacuum line on the passenger side valve cover that goes to the top of my stock air filter hat. What do I do with that line if I go with this setup? Thanks

Silver, got a stupid question. What size opening does the stand alone breather have? Also you can buy a AC with an offset center lie the one below.

Do you know if this would eliminate having to use an offset bolt? Thanks
