I read through a good bit of the thread but didn't see a Mopar part number for the filter. Anyone have it? Thanks

The Mopar filter comes with the kit. If you want a replacement, just go to a parts store that sells Purolator air filters, and get one there. It is the same filter. I can go look later to see what the purolator part number is.

 

Other than cost is there any advantage of going with the round air cleaner. I'm talking mostly performance wise.

 

What I'm looking for is the Mopar part number for the Filter Assembly. I work at a dealership and was going to see what kind of price I can get these things for you guys for.

The part number is 5249807. It is in the Mopar Performance catalog. Not sure what it is originally intended for, but it works great on the Magnum engines.

 

Can you hook ram air up with that filter setup?
