Ya, probably a little due to the extra lift and duration you'll see, which is the whole point of going up to 1.7. Just won't see the extra benefit of reduced friction/heat and faster valve actuation you get from aluminum arms with roller tip and fulcrum.

Doesn't sound like a worthwhile mod to me.

Which ones, the Viper 1.7's or the aluminum 1.7's?

Believe me, the HS aluminum, 1.7's I did was well worth it.

The Vipers. I was thinking of going 1.7 for hauling, but I think I will pass on that type of mod.

SilverDodge, where do you recommend getting the HS brand from? And they would work with a V10, right? I would just need 20 of them.

hey guys i you dyno the viper rockers vs the HS rockers the hp gain would be damn near the same i mean dodge enginered(sp) the stamped ones to work just fine from the factory. For the difference in price if you turn down the viper rockers your being a mod snob,[8D] just because there cheaper does not mean you wont gain with these. In most cases cheap is not good but here you will get the same lift for a ton less money..plus they will last just as long as the stock ones.
